    As a B2B SaaS provider, NuCortex primarily processes data at the direction of our Customers (the organizations we contract with). In such instances, NuCortex acts as a Data Processor (or "Service Provider"), and our Customers act as the Data Controllers.

    A. Information You Provide to Us

    • Account Information: Name, professional email address, job title, and company name.
    • Authentication Data: Login credentials and tokens (e.g., via SSO or GitHub/GitLab integration).
    • Billing Information: Billing contact details and payment information (processed via third-party secure payment processors).
    • Communication Data: Information provided through support tickets, emails, or demos.

    B. Information Collected Automatically (Telemetry & Usage)

    As you interact with our Service, we extract product-related telemetry to ensure platform stability and performance:

    • Usage Metadata: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, time zones, and pages visited.
    • Product Telemetry: Data regarding how you interact with our features, including clickstream data, feature usage frequency, and engineering workflow metadata.

    C. Customer Data (Processed on behalf of Customers)

    This includes technical data from your integrated environment (e.g., code repositories, Jira tickets, CI/CD logs) which NuCortex processes to provide engineering intelligence.

    NuCortex uses Personal Information and telemetry for the following purposes:

    • Service Provision: To provide, maintain, and support the NuCortex platform.
    • Product Improvement & AI Development: To enhance our AI-driven intelligence, analyze trends, and develop new product capabilities. We use aggregated and de-identified telemetry to train our internal models and optimize engineering insights.
    • Billing & Administration: To process payments, manage subscriptions, and verify identities.
    • Security & Compliance: To detect and prevent fraud, troubleshoot bugs, and comply with legal obligations.
    • Customer Communication: To send product updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

    3. AI and Data Processing

    NuCortex utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) as a core capability to provide engineering insights.

    • Internal Development: We use AI to manage and optimize our own product delivery.
    • Customer Insights: AI models process Customer Data to provide intelligence on the PDLC.
    • Data Minimization: We prioritize the use of metadata and aggregated telemetry for model enhancement to ensure the privacy of individual user content.

    4. Disclosure of Information

    We do not sell your Personal Information. We share information only as follows:

    • Subprocessors: We use third-party service providers to support our infrastructure.
    • Legal Requirements: To comply with subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes.
    • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale of assets, or acquisition.

    We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by our Customer agreements and applicable law. Telemetry data used for product enhancement is typically anonymized or aggregated.

    • EU & UK (GDPR): The right to access, erase ("Right to be Forgotten"), restrict processing, and data portability.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
